Shipping Policy

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. After leaving our facility, our logistics partner typically delivers in 2–5 business days for local purchases. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant projected delay in shipping of your order, we will contact you prior shipping via the information you have provided during checkout.

Shipping Rates:

• West Malaysia RM5 per kg, Free Shipping with purchase over RM150
• East Malaysia RM10 per kg, Reduced Shipping to RM8 with purchase over RM150
• Above rates subject to change. Please refer to our checkout page for the latest shipping rates.

Please let us know at support@beeul.com or Whatsapp us at 601133136697 if your order has been damaged during transit. It would be best to take photos of the parcel and the goods inside once your orders have arrived for proof.
