How we handle reviews

We publish reviews as they were written — spelling, Bahasa Malaysia, mixed sentences and all. Editing a customer's words to read more smoothly turns their experience into our copywriting, and it is obvious when a brand has done it.

We do not remove negative reviews. If something went wrong, the useful thing is to answer it in public where the next person can see how it was handled.

A note on photographs: the lifestyle images on this site are art-directed, and we say so. No image of a person on this site is presented as a customer unless a real customer sent it to us and agreed to it being published.
