Questions about the Starter Kit
What comes in the Sensitive Skin Starter Routine?
You will receive one Gentle Body Wash 500ml and one Ease Me Soothing Cream 50g. Simply choose either the Baby or Adult Ease Me formula before adding the routine to cart.
Which Ease Me should I choose?
Choose Ease Me Baby for babies from 1 month+ and young children. Choose Ease Me Adult for ages 3+ and adults.
Is this routine suitable for babies?
Yes. Choose the Baby Ease Me formula. The Gentle Body Wash can be used from 1 month+. For babies below 6 months, we recommend checking with your doctor before introducing new skincare products.
Is it suitable for eczema-prone skin?
Both products are designed for dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin. They are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to treat or cure eczema.
Which product should I use first?
Use the Gentle Body Wash during showering. After showering, gently pat the skin dry and apply Ease Me Soothing Cream while the skin is still slightly damp.
Can I use the routine every day?
Yes. Both products are designed to fit into your everyday skincare routine.
Why doesn't the Body Wash foam much?
The low foam is intentional. BEEUL has a gel texture with a mild cleansing system designed for sensitive skin. Less foam doesn't mean less clean.
Is the bundle cheaper than buying them separately?
Yes. Bought separately, the products total RM143. The Sensitive Skin Starter Routine is RM123, so you save RM20.
Is the Body Wash SGS tested?
The Ease Me creams have undergone BEEUL's SGS testing. The Gentle Body Wash has not undergone the same SGS testing panel, but it is NPRA/KKM notified.
