Our story

Why BEEUL exists

A Malaysian brand for skin that reacts to everything, started by someone whose own did.

  1. 2021

    The first batch

Ease Me is formulated and made for family and friends before it is made for anyone else.

  2. 2022

    Registered, and tested

BEEUL Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. is incorporated and the products are notified with Malaysia's NPRA. The first independent test results are published.

  3. 2023

    The Gentle Body Wash

Added because a good cream cannot repair what a harsh wash removes twice a day.

  4. 2025

Ease Me replaces the old cream

The earlier sensitive skin cream is retired. Ease Me takes its place — a new formula breakthrough for the same job and more.

  5. 2026

    Serenibiome

Ease Me is reformulated around Serenibiome, a biofermented active, working alongside the prebiotic.

Sensitive skin is rarely dramatic. It is mostly logistical. It is reading the back of a bottle in a pharmacy aisle with a toddler pulling at your arm. It is a shower that leaves your skin tight, and a cream that stings for reasons nobody can explain to you. It is the quiet arithmetic of working out which of the six things you changed last week caused this.

BEEUL started in 2021 because that arithmetic was exhausting, and because the advice available was either a prescription or a marketing claim, with very little in between.

What we wanted to do differently

Four things we decided early, and have not changed

  • Gentler by design

Low foam in the wash, because lather strips oil. A cream that works on the barrier rather than against it.

  • Information you can check

Full ingredient lists on the product page, NOT numbers you can look up, and lab reports published rather than described.

  • Fewer products

Three, not thirty. Sensitive skin does not need a ten-step routine; it needs two steps done consistently.

  • Someone to ask

A person on WhatsApp who reads the message and answers it, in the language you wrote it in.

Engaging the community

Routines, the questions we get asked most, and the occasional mess. It is the least polished thing we make, which is rather the point.

What our community taught us

It is a habit, not a treatment

The thing customers told us over and over is that the routine has to be easy enough to keep doing on a bad week. That shaped the products more than anything we planned.
