Inulin is a plant prebiotic — food for the bacteria you want to keep. Serenibiome® is a biofermented active developed to work alongside it, supporting the balance of the skin’s microbiome rather than stripping it back.
That is why the routine is two gentle steps rather than a stack of actives: an ecosystem is easier to support than to overrule.

A barrier lipid — the kind dry skin runs short of.

Oats, milled fine. A long-standing ingredient for dry, itchy skin.

Raw and unrefined, straight from the nut.
Contains colloidal oatmeal, plus small amounts of lavender, peppermint and cape chamomile oils. If you have a known oat allergy or react to essential oils, patch-test first or send us your list and we will check it against ours.
How to use it
Cleanse first
Lukewarm water rather than hot, hands rather than a loofah, and pat dry rather than rub.
Apply within a few minutes
While skin still holds water from the shower. A thin layer over the dry or itchy area — let it settle rather than rubbing it in hard.
Twice daily, and whenever it itches
You do not need to wait for the next scheduled application. Nothing needs washing off.
Give it a fortnight
The cooling is immediate. Changes in dryness and texture depend on consistency. If nothing has changed after two weeks, tell us.

In January 2026 both Ease Me creams were sent to SGS Malaysia and tested for eight corticosteroids and four heavy metals. Nothing was detected. Both are notified with Malaysia's NPRA and carry a NOT number you can look up yourself.

Questions about Ease Me
Is there really no steroid in it?
None. That is not just our word for it: an independent SGS laboratory screened the cream for eight corticosteroids and detected zero, and screened for arsenic, lead, mercury and cadmium and detected zero. The reports are published in full, including what they do not cover.
Adult or Baby — which one do I need?
Baby is the gentler formulation and is the right choice for infants and young children. Adult is for older skin that generally tolerates more. Both are RM95, so the choice is about the skin, not the budget. If you are buying for a whole family, most people start with Baby.
How long before I see a difference?
We are not going to give you a number. Skin varies enormously, and any brand quoting a fixed timeframe is guessing. What customers most often describe is less scratching first, and the visible dryness settling later. If nothing has changed after a few weeks of consistent use, tell us and we will help you work out why.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
There is no known risk from topical use unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients — but we are not your doctor, and pregnancy is a good moment to ask one. Whatever you decide, patch test a small area first.
When should I apply it?
Twice a day, and the more useful half of that is the one straight after a shower, while skin is still slightly damp. That window matters more than the product you choose.
Can I use it on my face?
Many customers do, and nothing in it is harmful to facial skin. It has not been tested specifically as a facial product, so we describe it as a cream for skin rather than a face cream. Patch test first, and keep it away from the eyes.
Do I need the body wash too?
Not necessarily — but a harsh wash will undo a good cream every single morning. If your current one leaves skin tight and squeaky, that is worth fixing before you judge any cream, ours included.
I am using a steroid cream from my doctor. Should I stop?
No. Do not stop or change a prescribed treatment because of anything on this page. Ease Me is a notified cosmetic, not a medicine, and the question of what to do with a prescription belongs to the person who wrote it.
