We arrange for orders to be shipped on the next business day. Most orders arrive within 7 days, often sooner.

Usually within one working day of you placing it. We arrange deliveries Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Twice a day. The easiest time is after a shower — make sure the affected area is dry, then apply a generous amount and massage it into the areas that need attention.

Nothing needs washing off. The cream absorbs on its own.

We would like to promise a fixed timeframe, and we cannot. Results genuinely differ from person to person depending on your lifestyle, the condition of your skin when you start, and how consistently you use the products.

Yes. There is no risk in applying our products topically unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients. As with any product, apply a small amount first to check that it suits you.

No. Both Ease Me creams were sent to SGS Malaysia and screened for eight named corticosteroids and four heavy metals. Nothing was detected.

Yes — the products are suitable for children and adults alike.

When using either product on a child, avoid direct contact with the eyes and mouth. A baby's skin is more sensitive again, so apply the cream to a small area of affected skin first and see how it settles. Stop using it if anything abnormal appears, such as swelling or itching.

We put it right. Damaged in transit: photograph the outer parcel before you unpack it, then the contents, and we replace it. Please raise transit damage within 48 hours of delivery where you can — couriers will not accept a claim indefinitely.

Wrong item sent: send a photo and your order number. We replace it and cover the return.

Unopened and unused: return it within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging for a refund.
