They do different jobs. The Body Wash gently cleanses the skin, while Ease Me puts moisture and comfort back after showering.

You can use either product on its own, but using them together creates a more complete sensitive-skin routine: cleanse gently first, then moisturise right after.

Exactly like any other body wash, in the shower. The formula is built for sensitive skin, so it cleanses without stripping — which is what reduces itching and irritation over time.

Twice a day, ideally after a shower while skin is still slightly damp. Pat the area dry rather than rub it, then apply an even layer and massage it in. Nothing needs washing off — it absorbs on its own.

Yes, both formulas can be used on the face as well as the body. Apply an even layer and avoid the eye area. The Adult formula contains peppermint oil, which can feel uncomfortable close to the eyes, so take extra care there. Patch test a small area first if it is your first time.

We recommend using it on the body only, and a dedicated facial cleanser for your face.

Yes — both are designed for everyday use, just like any normal skincare routine.

Yes. When using either product on a child, avoid direct contact with the eyes and mouth. A baby's skin is more reactive again, so apply to a small area first and watch how it settles — stop if anything unusual appears, such as swelling or itching.

Yes. BEEUL's Ease Me creams and Gentle Body Wash are designed for dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin.

Of course. You do not need eczema or sensitive skin to use either product — they work as a gentle everyday routine for any skin.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding can change how sensitive your skin is, so we recommend checking the full ingredient list with your doctor or pharmacist before use.

If you do use BEEUL, patch test a small area first, especially if you're introducing the product for the first time.

That's intentional. BEEUL uses a mild, low-foam cleansing system designed for sensitive skin. It removes everyday sweat and dirt without producing the thick lather you may be used to from conventional body washes.

Less foam doesn't mean less clean — it's simply how the formula is designed.

Faintly of tea tree, and not much else. If you are expecting a perfumed wash, it will smell like almost nothing — that is deliberate.

No perfume or artificial fragrance is added — only a very faint natural scent from the ingredients themselves.

Everyone's skin is different. Some customers notice changes within the first one to two weeks with consistent use; others need longer. We cannot promise a fixed timeframe, since it depends on your skin's condition to begin with and how consistently you use the products.

We arrange for orders to be shipped on the next business day. Most orders arrive within 7 days, often sooner.

Usually within one working day of you placing it. We arrange deliveries Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

We put it right. Damaged in transit: photograph the outer parcel before you unpack it, then the contents, and we replace it. Please raise transit damage within 48 hours of delivery where you can — couriers will not accept a claim indefinitely.

Wrong item sent: send a photo and your order number. We replace it and cover the return.

Unopened and unused: return it within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging for a refund.
