Shipping and delivery
One promise, stated the same way here, on the product pages and at checkout.
What happens after you order
We pack it — 1 to 3 business days
Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday start counting from the next business day.
You get tracking
An email with a tracking number goes out as soon as the parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start moving, which is normal.
The courier delivers — usually 2 to 5 business days
West Malaysia is normally at the shorter end of that, East Malaysia at the longer end.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved for three business days, send us your order number and we will chase the courier. If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outside before you unpack it.
Rates
West Malaysia: RM5 per kg.
East Malaysia: RM8 per kg.
The figure at checkout is always the one that applies. If a free-shipping promotion is running, it will be visible on the product page and at checkout — we do not leave expired promotions on the site.
Where we ship
Malaysia only, for now. We are asked about Singapore and Brunei often enough that it is worth telling us if you want it — the answer will change faster if we know there is demand.
