Why both steps
A good cream, undone every morning.
Most people treating dry or eczema-prone skin buy a better cream and change nothing else. Then they shower in something that strips the oil a compromised barrier cannot spare, and spend the rest of the day asking the cream to catch up.
These two are sold together because each one depends on the other.
A harsh wash undoes a good cream.
Foam comes from strong surfactants, and strong surfactants strip oil — every morning, before the cream has had a chance.
The window is minutes, not hours.
Ease Me does most of its work applied while skin still holds water from the shower. Those few minutes matter more than which cream you chose.
One product fixes half the problem.
The wash cleanses without stripping. The cream puts something back. Neither one substitutes for the other.
The routine, in full
Morning and night, in this order
Gentle Body Wash first, Ease Me second. The wash is the step that stops a harsh cleanser undoing the cream twice a day. The cream is the step that repairs. In the other order you get less out of both.
How much to actually use
Most people under-apply moisturiser by a wide margin. Over a forearm-sized patch, a coin of cream is closer than a smear. If it vanishes the moment you rub it in, it was not enough.
The damp-skin window
Apply Ease Me within a few minutes of getting out of the shower, while the skin still holds water from it. Pat dry rather than rub, and leave it slightly damp. Those few minutes matter more than which cream you chose.
Adapting it for a child
Lukewarm rather than hot, five to ten minutes rather than twenty, and hands rather than a cloth. Use the Baby formula for infants and very reactive young skin. Test a small area first, and stop if anything swells or itches.
What to expect by day fourteen
The cooling is immediate. Changes in dryness and texture depend on consistency. Most customers tell us they see a significant improvement within a fortnight — if nothing has changed after two weeks, tell us.

The kit
What is in the kit?
One Gentle Body Wash 500ml and one Ease Me Cream 50g. You choose Adult or Baby for the cream at checkout, and both tubes hold the same formulation — Adult carries a higher dose of the botanical actives, Baby is milder. Both products are photographed in hand further up this page, because a product shot on a white background tells you nothing about size.
Is the kit cheaper than buying the two separately?
No, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The cream is RM95 and the wash is RM48, which is RM143 either way. What the kit changes is one delivery instead of two, and the two products that are meant to be used together bought together.
Adult or Baby — which cream should I choose?
Baby is the gentler formulation and is the right choice for infants and young children. Adult is for older skin that generally tolerates more. The kit is RM143 either way, so the choice is about the skin, not the budget. If you are buying for a whole family, most people start with Baby.
How long will the kit last?
Roughly six weeks of daily showers for two adults, for the bottle. The cream depends entirely on how much skin you are covering and how often, so we are not going to invent a number for it — most people under-apply moisturiser rather than run out of it.

Why does the wash barely foam?
Foam comes from strong surfactants, and strong surfactants strip oil, including the oil a compromised barrier cannot spare. This wash lifts sweat and dirt and then stops. It takes a few showers to stop reading “not much lather” as “not clean”.
What does the wash smell like?
Faintly of tea tree, and not much else. If you are expecting a perfumed wash it will smell like almost nothing. That is deliberate.
Can I use either of them on my face?
Neither has been tested as a facial product, so we do not make that claim for either. Nothing in either is harmful to facial skin, and many customers do use the cream on their face — patch test first, and keep it away from the eyes. The wash is formulated as a body wash.
Can I use the kit on a baby?
Yes, with the Baby cream. The wash is made to be used by babies, children and adults, which is why it is soap-free and carries no added fragrance. For the cream, choose Baby at checkout for infants, children and very reactive adult skin. As with anything new on a child’s skin, patch test a small area first.
How long before I see a difference?
We are not going to give you a number. Skin varies enormously, and any brand quoting a fixed timeframe is guessing. What customers most often describe is less scratching first, and the visible dryness settling later. If nothing has changed after a few weeks of consistent use, tell us and we will help you work out why.
Ingredients and safety
Is there really no steroid in the cream?
None. That is not just our word for it: an independent SGS laboratory screened the cream for eight corticosteroids and detected zero, and screened for arsenic, lead, mercury and cadmium and detected zero. The reports are published in full, including what they do not cover.
Is the body wash SGS tested like the cream?
No, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise. The SGS reports we publish cover both Ease Me creams: eight corticosteroids and four heavy metals, none detected. There is no equivalent report for the Gentle Body Wash yet. It is notified with Malaysia’s NPRA under NOT240804021K, which you can look up yourself, and the SGS gap is one we intend to close.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
There is no known risk from topical use unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients — but we are not your doctor, and pregnancy is a good moment to ask one. Whatever you decide, patch test a small area first.
I am using a steroid cream from my doctor. Should I stop?
No. Do not stop or change a prescribed treatment because of anything on this page. Ease Me is a notified cosmetic, not a medicine, and the question of what to do with a prescription belongs to the person who wrote it.
